Proper inspection plays a key role in providing well-constructed, high-quality concrete pavement. We understand the importance of materials testing and sampling. Our certified field technicians test concrete arriving at project sites for slump, air content, and temperature. We take samples of the tested concrete and submit the cylinder samples to a certified lab for further compliance testing. Our technicians are trained in specific tests and required to demonstrate proficiency in those tests on a yearly basis. Field Soil Testing
MSC experienced, field savvy technicians provide on-site QA/QC testing and sampling of soils and other geo-materials so you can be confident that the job will be performed with soils that meet the specifications for a successful project start. Our staff has a proven track record of delivering services on-time. We have 40-hour OSHA safety trained technicians, allowing us to provide our services on EPA Superfund and other contaminated sites.
Whether performing field compaction-control testing, block sampling of stabilized soils for sensitive laboratory testing, plate-load testing, grain size analysis or field instrumentation services, MSC is your single source for soils-related field services. Our technicians are trained in specific tests and required to demonstrate proficiency in those tests on a yearly basis. We also perform field tests on other materials such as hot-mix, asphalt and embankment soils. MSC technicians have the training and experience required to help get the project completed in accordance with specifications, playing a vital role on our client’s team.
